I'm trying to install a Lacie external HD on my Win 2000 PC, but I can't find the way to install the drivers. I've tried on my laptop (same Win 2000) and the operation went good with the device working perfectly. I'm sure there is a sort of a conflict on my desktop that doesn't make me succeed in installing the drivers but I don't know how to solve it. Does anyone have any suggestions to eliminate that conflict? Maybe I have to download something from Windows Update?

Hey You need to make sure that you have SCSI drivers installed on your computer. They are installed by default on the laptop.

Thanks for your suggestion, but where can I find those SCSI drivers. Can I download them from the internet? In my previous post I forgot to specify that the drivers I fail to install are USB 2.0 drivers
