I have installed advanced server with 64 MB RAM before. Is you computer setup with at least 1.5GB free space on the drive? I actually had it installed in a p200 with 48MB but it took 3hours to install.

The error message says it all. Bare minimum requirement is 128 MB. If you want any performance at all you'll want 256 MB at least.
Why you are installing Advanced Server is also a mystery...is there a purpose other than just to do so? It's a pretty expensive OS and it's not designed to be used as a Desktop OS. If that was your plan I'd highly recommend using something else like W2K Pro.
Also, remember to check the Microsoft site for the latest HCL. (Hardware compatibility List) You may have other concerns in addition to your insufficient RAM.
I sell 256 MB PC-133 Micron sticks for $40 plus shipping.

Microsoft calls for a minimum of 128, with 256 recommended, go with Sterling's advise (before the memory gets any cheaper...LOL) but seriously that's a good price for Micron.
