Comment:

If I install a program while logged in as the administrator will it automatically get installed for "All Users"? Or will it only be installed for the "Administrator"? I always move my Start Menu shortcuts into the All Users folder because I just dont like having two different folders for the Start Menu icons.

That depends on the program in question, some install shortcuts to the All Users menu, most install to the user-logged-in start menu.

Why would you want everyone to have access to everything....I smell trouble.

Because I am the only one using the computer. I just don't like having two separate folders for the start menu. I move everything to the all users menu anyway but I would like it if it did it automatically.
