Need help guys. I know this usually gets fixed with a boot cd or going to safemode and edit the registry, but this time the pc boots halfway to the w2k splash screen, then it gives me the blue screen. I tried bootdisks, it boots fine until the greeting. Any ideas how to solve this? safemode doesnt work.

"safemode doesn't work" isn't very specific. What happens when you try Last Known Good Configuration?

Life's more painless for the brainless.
