Hi
This file seems to be a Mail and News Setup DLL. On the properties of the file it states that the product name is Internet Information Services. The version on my PC (No SP) is 5.0.2173.1 and I have 2 copies on is located in C:\WINNT\system32\Setup and the other in the dll cache.
If you want a copy of the .dll look on the win 2k cd in the i386 directory there is a file called imsinsnt.dl_ this is a compressed version of the file use the expand command (located in the i386 dir of the cd) from a cmd expand /? will give you the full syntax for expand here is an example
expand imsinsnt.dl_ c:\imsinsnt.dll
This will expand the file to C:\
There is no guarantee that replacing this .dll will fix your problem! A reinstall of IIS/Repair of win 2k may be required.
I have not had this problem my self so use the advice with caution and at your own risk!
Hope the info is of some use.
