Imediate log off once i logged in

I have a very strange problem , one I logged in and without executing the log in script it take me out and start to execute the log off scrip !

i tried to log in as administrator and as onather user account or log in safe mode ... all failed i tried also to access it remotly but when i tried to ping to the M/C i found a full changing in the IP address is it becouse of a virus ....and is there a way to change the IP address without logging in?
