illegal system DLL Relocation

My IE is not working now (even Explore sometimes too, and running SFC shows:
The system DLL kernel32.dll was relocated in memory. The Application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\WINDOWS\SYSTE\SFCDLL.dll occupired an address range reserved for Windows system DDLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DDL.
I uninstall IE 6 then intall IE 5,and also apply SP3, the problem still exist. Pls help. Thanks.
