I found the following which may help:
IIS installation
Note

Information in this topic refers to IIS version 5.0; for information on later versions of IIS, check the documentation that accompanies the installation program.

Internet Information Services 5.0 is not installed on Windows 2000 Professional by default. You can install IIS or select additional components by using the Add/Remove Programs application in Control Panel.

To install Internet Information Services

Click Start, point to Settings, click Control Panel and start the Add/Remove Programs application.
Select Add/Remove Windows Components and then follow the on-screen instructions to install, remove, or add components to IIS.

ibeawizaed,

Check your mail.

OtheHill,

It's usually only there if you're running IIS, which is the Inet Info Services; i.e. web server/SMTP/ftp.

ibeawizard,

Let's try this again.

It sent it using www.yousendit.com, which sometimes works great and sometimes not at all. This looks like a case of the latter.

You can get it here:

www.golden-triangle.com/iis.msc
