IIS Execute .CGI like Win32 .EXE?

I am running a IIS5 server and have made a CGI application in Visual Basic for it. It has a .exe extension and it is executing fine but I am not particularly comfortable with having that extension visible to the whole world. I would prefer to name it .CGI or .DLL instead of .exe. Is there a way to make .CGI run just like a .exe through either the File Types / Folder Options or in the IIS control panel?
