Comment:

i have a website and i am trying to
get in to one of the folder under the main site folder of the site
via http://www.mysite.com/lapi but cant.
when i try the same but adding '/' at the end http://www.mysite.com/lapi/
it works .
i have configured the properties of the lapi
folder to the default document that i want to run but it doesnt work.
when i checked it on my iis6 site it seems the iis6 added '/' by himself.
by the way i have another iis5 site that lets me get the site from a folder under the directory site.
please advice

What happens if you run
www.mysite.com/lapi/default_doc
Make sure that the permissions are the same as the other servers that work.

Read and execute is correct. Can you just leave the URL with the /default_doc at the end? Would that solve the problem?
