IExplorer.exe (trailing "r") is a Remote Control Trojan Horse (RCTH) virus and should not be confused with IExplore.exe (no "r" on the end) which is the Internet Explorer executable file.

You need to get rid of this virus and it isn't easy. Although it is assessed as "low risk", it allows any user/hacker online running the client program (you're running the server program -- the virus) access to your entire system, decoding passwords automatically and exposing personal information for them to use freely. I don't know how "low" a risk that is for you, but it concerns me quite a bit.

The easiest way to pick it up is to go online logged into your system as "Administrator" with full rights, particularly if you're not using a password for the Adnministrator user. This allows the easiest access to your system for the hacker. So once you've eliminated the virus itself (see below), create a user with limited rights who is NOT the Administrator and use that identity to go online. Make sure both the new user and the Administrator user both have decent length (8+ characters) passwords. Then install the BOClean software described on the site that follows. A firewall isn't a bad idea, either. These steps should go far to prevent a reinfection. Here's the URL to start from:

A Google search using "IExplorer.exe trojan horse virus" will turn up some other good pages as well.
