I keep getting this error message. In the box it says.. "The instruction at "0x01963728" referenced memory at "0x01963728". The memory can not be "read".

Could this mean my ram is defective?
Also, I just did a defrag last week. Now most of the bar is red indicating that my entire drive is fragmented againg. How can this happen after only ! week??

it could well mean dodgy memory, yes
do you get the problem in any other applications?
as for the defrag thing, how full is your drive?
if it's pretty full it will fragment much more quickly. also a FAT partition will fragment much faster than an NTFS volume.

I have the same problem XP pro when I close Internet explorer but the address is 0x01c22008 la mémoire ne peut pas être "read" Maybe iexplore.exe is corrupt but I do not find a solution to restore iexplore.exe. And when I go to my Web sites, my GIF animated images are not animated but ,for other users they are animated. Please can you help me when you have a solution. I am French speaking, sorry for my bad English.
