Hi there,
I'm having some problems with my Group Policies since I've installed IE6... The server and the stations are under Windows 2000. The problem occurs with a very secured account (I mean very few rights). If the user log-off, then he won't be able to log-on again until the computer is restarted. The error is that the profile cannot be downloaded because the index.dat file (cookies) is used by another process.
I never had that before with IE5 and I guess that IE6 doesn't do what it should do with this file when the session is closed but I can't see how to change that behaviour.

The only very small idea i would to solve that prob, would be to do a network install of IE6 Service Pack 1 , loads of problems with IE6 have been reapired in the service pack, give that a whirl, otherwise back to your IE5 :p
