Comment:

How can I restrict users access to IE without using a valid network sign on? in other words if a user signs on to a desktop and trys to access the internet through IE he will not gain access untill he logs on using an account that has rights to access the internet. I am running a Windows 2000/XP environment. Can this change come directly from the Active Directory DC??
