Hi! I can't get into my IE setting anymore. It says something like "this operation has been canceled due to restriction in effect on this computer, please contact admin." My account is an admin account. It used to work fine until my bro has done something, which was included installed the updates of critical patches. I can go to the setting of IE if i log in using Administrator account instead of mine.
How should i fix this problem?
Thanks!

Nevermind, I found out the problem. My bro imunized the system using SpyBot and lock the IE setting. I just uncheck it.
