IE failes to resolve ip address.

Currently this machine is running windows 2K pro, and my server is running windows 2k server. The problem is this I can be on the 2kpro box on the net with IE and after about 20 minutes IE stops resolving the ip address and then all I get is the page that says the site is busy and to try later. Now I can hit the same site with the server and it will pull up the page just fine. What I have found so far is that if I shut down the 2kpro box and restart it I have about the same amount of time and then I need to reboot. I have closed IE and looked at the rest of my network and can see everything and do anything I need to so I know that the system is still working correctly. I have also ran ipconfig on both machines and all of the settings look correct. I can even ping them and that all works. The server is the DHCP and I can see the IP that the server assigns to the 2kpro box so I think that IE is droping the IP. HELP Please!! Thanks in advance.
