Test it the page from another computer or else from Netscape or another browser on your own computer. You need to make sure someone just didn't screw up the webpage. After that, I'd suggest downloading and installing Service Pack 2 for Windows 2000 (or maybe REinstalling it). Might look around in your Event Viewer for any errors that have been logged. Might also update your DirectX and anything else that may be out of date (go to the WindowsUpdate website)......
