A client of mine is having troubles viewing certain web pages, or things on the web site. For example, there are links that have a css background and all other OS, MAC, XP etc etc can see these "buttons" (not images). He is using IE, I assume the one before IE7. When he looks into Firefox, he can see these "buttons" links etc. We have looked at all other OS's and browsers, but his WIN 2000 Server IE browser will not let him view these links. Any help would be great.. He also says that the default settings is what he uses b/c he doesnt know anything about the settings so he never messed with them.

Does this happen for all accounts on the machine? Did it just start happening? Or has it never worked?

Personally I would find out specs of PC, Windows 2000 is not really enough info.

IF you have a t least 128MB Memory would check that Service Pack 4 and IE6 SP1 are both installed, these can be updated thru "Microsoft Update"
