IEXPLORER.EXE - Application Error
The instruction at "0x00832ce8' referenced memory at "0x022c0384". The memory could not be "read".

A few things to try:

1. run chkdsk (drive letter:) /F
2. Reinstall IE
3. Reinstall last service pack you installed
