I have a client that has four computers in their office. They use AOL 8.0 to get on the Internet. Two of the computers work fine on AOL and the Internet. Two others can log onto AOL and navigate AOL fine, they just cannot get on the Internet. They get a message 'Action Canceled IE was unable to link to the web page your requested. The page might be temporarily unavailable'.
I then tried to get on-line via IE 6 alone through my ISP. I then get the message "The page cannot be displayed. 403 Forbidden - The ISA server denies the specified uniform resource locator (12202).
They are running Win 2000 on one computer and Win 98 on the other. I have checked for the Blaster virus and could not find anything. They are not having their computer rebooting like the virus would do. I have checked all the settings in the Connections tab under IE. I even duplicated the settings from another computer that works fine. I am not sure what to do and AOL was useless. Any suggestions?
