I cannot seem to be able to run ICS and have VPN access on my machines. I read some where that this is not possible. What is another solution that I can use? I am trying not to setup an DHCP srever but if I have to I will. I basically have two workstations that will connect to my server. The server the then connected to the internet via my dsl connection. I have a static IP with the dsl. How can I get the two workstations to access the internet through the server and also have VPN access from my home. Thanks.

The idea of a VPN is not to connect to individual computers but to a network. Since the computer running ICS is your Internet gateway, it can also serve as a VPN endpoint. Running VPN software on the ICS computer would seem to be your solution.

However, I'm not sure I completely understand your question. You mentioned DHCP; this doesn't really have anything to do with VPN so I'm not sure why you think it's relevant. Maybe you can clear that up.
