Running ICQ 2001b Beta v.5.17 Build# 3642 on a stand-alone AMD based machine running Windows 2000 Professional. I have been able to initiate chats with friends in Montana and Australia but get the error message "Cannot establish Direct Connection with User" whenever I try to chat with a friend in Honolulu, or whenever I look for a random chat partner. Can you advise and help. Thanks.
