Icons - they are all black

Oddly enough, all of the icons in the task bar and in the start up menu, have turned black on our 2nd computer! Yet, the desktop icons are normal. I've tried to figure out what the problem is to no avail. If anyone knows how to fix it, I'd appreciate the info!

FYI: We are using Win 2000 and it is being networked.

I have had this happen when the PC is clogged up with some crashed application - system resources are being hogged. . .

Try checking your running apps especially background tasks as well as those run on startup. . .

Try Start Ed from http://www.outertech.com/

Also try updating your Video card drivers. . .
