IAS not starting

hello all,
I'm trying to set up a radius server with win2k. I've got a server acting as primary domain controller with dns server and dhcp. I also have a Certification Authority. I've onfigured my own Remote Access Policies for wireless users, and each time I try to restart the IAS service, it crashes with the error message: "Code 13: invalid data". I tried to look further in the logs, but there nothing more than "invalid data". I'm really stcuked with that problem, so tell me if you've got any idea.
