Hi all. I'm in deep trouble here. wasnt sure where to post... PC is shutting down, running slow, and all the other bells and whistles that go along with being all jacked up. did a hijack scan in safe mode here's what i came up with. What do I do???

Please feel free to help, or tell me where to post this correctly.

... can't seem to find anything on this:

I'd be inclined to disable it and see if it makes any difference.

Antivirus got compromised, so Imma load up with a new one, if I can keep from crashin long enuff.. hehehe

If that doesnt work, then I'll be back here lookin for more help..
