I saw the other people say partition magic and i was going to also recommend system commander, but that has already been done. system commander though has too many functions when i was creating a linux partition with it i accidently started to convert my main partition to a linux partition. I reccommend that you go with partition magic because they spentless time making it and there are fewerfunctions and thus fewer wasys to screw up
