HSP56 often freezeing win2k for moment.

I have Win2k, mainboard with chipset i810 and HSP56 modem, after connetion with internet, system very often hang an doesnt respond for anything. Modem driver is the last one, anyone has idea ???

DID it ever work? When is the last time you Defraged the unit? Take a look at your TCP/IP protocol and make sure it's the only internet protocol installed. Look at your accounts and make sure only one is listed. Look at the modem properties and make sure only the modem you are using is listed - and listed only once.
