I can't get my HP 8210e to work with Windows 2000. The USB port works fine, it finds new hardware when I insert my CD-R but after it's installed there's an ordinary TEAC cd-rom added to the hardware list. Does anyone have a sollution for this problem?

Go to HP's site and download the W2K USB driver - http://www.hp.com/cposupport/swindexes/hpcdwriter18532_swen.html
