Im having a problem with my printer, HP deskjet 3325. I have recently had a trojan infection and now my printa wont print. It sounds like its printing but the page comes out blank and yes I have changed the ink cartridge. The computer seems to think all is ok, it says that the doc has printed and the printer did spit out a sheet but its blank. I had this prob once b4 when I got a virus but I just downloaded a new driver and software for it and it was fine so I did the same this time but no glory. Thanks in advance.

Hi, Did you try to print other doc as well?If all document cannot be printed,you can try to remove the printer completely,reboot ur pc and let the system detect the printer and reinstall the driver and software. Before you print any doc,try to do a test print from the printer property itself.It may caused by the printer spool also.
