How do you ensure all the memory on a printer is flushed? We have an HP 5Si and I'm trying to flush the memory but don't know how. I cannot find anything on HP's knowledge base either. Please help!

You can pull the powersupply and this will flush the local memory cache. If it is located through a jet direct on a network you can restart the spooler. This is located in services.
