2 of these so called smart printers, have started the same problem. "Cartridges not installed properly" "Red light on" Worked fine one day, next day I get this error message. If I play with it long enough, it will go to a green light, and print fine. When you turn it off, and then back on, it starts the same crap. HP seems to be of no help. They just want you to buy new cartridges. I KNOW my cartridges are OK, as when I finally get the thing going, it prints OK. Anybody else out there have the same problem?
