How users can access another nets?

Hi, Can any one tell me how to make users in my domain able to log to another windows 9x or windows 2000 PC's and connects to the share's..... they click my network places then entire networks then the workgroups and finaly the PC they want,and when double click that PC they have strange message that prevent them from access the shares and its: (\\computername is not accessible there are currently no logon servers available to service the logon request.) How to fix it and enable the users to log to PC's... Any help please........ Ali,

First of all, there needs be a two-way trust between the two domains.
Then file and share permissions can be set accordingly.

First of all, trust between windows 2000 are transitive trust and its set automatically,not like windows nt that you have to worry about trust between domains, second, our users want to log on to different workgroups and windows platforms like windows 9x PC's and windows xp and windows 2000 in workgroups and not domains....so how they can access the shares in these PC's without having these annoying messages..... Create local users on the sharing machines that are identical to the Domain user IDs, and set file and share permissions accordingly.
