How to use Delpart.exe to delete NTFS

Ik have installed Windows 2000 Pro (NTFS). Nu i have to uninstall Windows 2000 Pro, from my HardDisk. I can not because its NTFS on it. Here in the Forum I have learned how to get DELPART.exe file to use to get NTFS out, but I do have to use it with a Boot Floppy. My big question is: WICH FLOPPY, from which System do I have to use to copy Delpart.exe file on it and then to use it to rebote my computer to can delete NTFS pls?. Who can help to me pls, to let me know which Boot Floppy is it pls. Thanks a lot.
