How to sort with spacer in Excel

OS: Win XP pro
CPU/Ram: p3-500/256
Comment:

I click sort for A columns, each line data
( row ) will be next to each other, no spacer between them ( no blank row between each row ).
I try sort A columns, but each line or rows has spacer between them ( like A row has data, B row is blank, then C row has data, ... etc. ).
How do i can make this kind sort ?
