How to save ghost partion from CONVERT.exe

Here is the problem I am facing, I have a fat32 exe which I am saving in a ghost partion on my hard drive but i am in need of making my hard drive NTFS so I run convert.exe but i dont wana lose my ghost partition. Does any one have a soloution.
My ghost partion doesnot have label or drive letter its just some space i am saving for my specail diagnostic tools during pre-operating system check of hard drive.

If, " My ghost partion doesnot have label or drive letter " then when you convert from FAT32 to NTFS that will NOT change the ghost partition.

It will NOT be seen by convert.exe since it has no label or drive letter (it's basicly hidden). If you really want to play it safe, there Freeware utilites out there like AEFDISK, that will allow you to access the Drives/Partitions and Hide,delete,re-partition. If interested goto simtels DOS section. www.simtel.com (look for aefdisk) Good Luck
