Comment:

Could someone tell me how the
"net send" program really works?
What kind of underlying
technology is it using? Is it
using WinSock API?

I can not send rich-formatted
text message through the
"net send" command. So I would
like to write my own send
program. I need to know what
Win API functions I have to
use.

Thanks.
