How to remove Ctrl+Alt+Del screen

I tun on the computer and it shows a Ctrl+Alt+Del. How to get rid of this message so that when i turn on the computer it shows up the desktop.

The good old TweakUI from the Microsoft home page can be used to manage this. Please send a reply, if you solved the problem !!!
