How to remove Ctrl+Alt+Del screen

I tun on the computer and it shows a Ctrl+Alt+Del. How to get rid of this message so that when i turn on the computer it shows up the desktop.

The good old TweakUI from the Microsoft home page can be used to manage this.

Just my $.02, but auto-login is a bad idea unless you are the only one with physical access to the computer.
