How to Remove Content Advisor

Thought I would make it safer for my grandkids to use the computer by setting Content Advisor to filter out the crap.
Now I'm having problems configuring E-mail accounts and can't get on some sites as administrator. Can you direct me on how to get rid of this program? Thanks much for your help.

It's in IE. Go to Tools, Internet Options, Content. Click disable. Give it the password if there is one.
