Do you have the latest non-beta release of Windows Media Player??? If not go to http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/software/playerv7.asp
and download it. Also stay connected to the internet when you try to play the files the player may need to install a codec to decode the files if someone used the latest beta encoder to make the files.
If this doesn't work the files themselves are most like corrupted.

Thank you very much, Steven. I'm sure the files are not corrupted. I checked the file property and found one file name is *.wmv.15 and the other *.wmv.16. I think this is the reason why Win Media Player can't open it. How to change the file name to *.WMV.
