Reply:

Install IIS from Control Panel Add/Remove.

Select Add/Remove Windows Components, and check the Internet Services Manager.

When you're done, the C:\inetpub\wwwroot directory is where your html files go.

You can browse your own web site using "localhost".

So,

C:\inetpub\wwwroot\hello.htm

is the same as:

http://localhost/hello.htm
