Doing some hacking,aren`t we?
The best way to do it is to change your NIC everytime you don`t wanna be tracked as the IP address is linked by ARP to the MAC address.
MAC is the ID# of your Network Card which is like DNA in crimonology,every NIC in the world has it`s own MAC.
