Don't. It's there for a good reason. You wanna keep your computers running, right? Ok, maybe 99 times/100, nothing needs to be fixed....

I found this on
http://www.cdmcpcs.com/resources/hard_core/pc/disable_scandisk.shtml but I'm missing file msconfig.exe, maybe u will have better luck.
"Disable running Scandisk after a "bad" shutdown
You can print this page by pressing CTRL-P, then clicking OK (make sure your printer is turned on!)
Problem: If a PC is shutdown in any way other than Start|Shutdown (and runs to the It is now safe to shutdown... note), the Scandisk utility runs automatically the next time the PC boots up. This can be time consuming and annoying.

Analysis: While running Scandisk is a good idea after some types of abnormal shutdowns (program hang ups, building power failures, ...), a majority of times having Scandisk run automatically is more a nuisance than helpful. (Example: I'm a programmer. I have blundered onto more ways to hang up a PC than God and PC designers ever imagined....)

Caution: Disabling the Scandisk feature is relatively easy, but as noted in the Copyright statement for this web site, anyone utilizing this process to disable Scandisk from running automatically after a bad shutdown does so at their own risk.

If you elect to disable the automatic execution of Scandisk, it is strongly recommended that you run it manually (instructions below) every 2-4 weeks to help maintain the integrity of your PC's file system (that's not a bad idea anyway; see Comments below).

Disabling: There are several ways this could be done, but I trade in "simple." Stepwise, here is the process:

Click the Start button, then the Run option.
Enter the word - msconfig - in the box.
Click OK.
On the window that appears, click the Advanced button.
On the next window that appears, look for an entry that is 5 items up from the bottom that reads: Disable Scandisk after bad shutdown
Place a checkmark in the box to the left of this entry.
Click OK twice to close both windows.
Restart your computer as prompted.
Warning: Unless you are a real techno guru, leave all other settings in place; change only the setting to Disable Scandisk after bad shutdown.

To run Scandisk manually, follow the first three steps of this process, substituting scandisk for msconfig.

Comments: Incidentally, if you have never run Scandisk (automatically or not) you might want to run it periodically every 2-4 weeks manually anyway. Windows software is "pretty stupid" about catching file related errors and you might be surprised what turns up (or not; it depends...).

Minor file problems are one of the major reasons why some PCs start "slowing down" unexpectedly. A regular run of Scandisk (and Defrag) will minimize the occurrence of these file problems and wrecking PC performance surreptitiously.

The best you can hope for by running Scandisk periodically is to consistently see "No errors..." - but don't count it.
