How to disable autorunning progs?

Hi there.
I have a host of programs that start automatically every time I start win 2000 (and win ME too; dual boot). I can't seem to find how to STOP them from running every time I boot up the computer.

You can download XP's MSCONFIG program and disable the startup programs just like the other Microsoft Operating Systems. http://www2.whidbey.ccom/djdenham/Msconfig.htm
