Sometimes it is impossible to delete certain items. However if you cut the unwanted folder it should disappear. I had a problem with Nortons Antivirus and the only cure was to cut and paste the unwanted folders into another partition I had on my system. then I could delete it with ease.
Good Luck

How can I add the Outlook desktop icon (system folder) back to the desktop, after having deleted it?

Its easy to do the shortcut, but how to create the system folder that gives mail properties when you right click on it?

Thanks,

Andrew
