Hi, can someone help me.
I have created 1000 folders and I also set permission to users, each user will have permission according to their own folders. My question is, is there a way to check to make sure they have the right permission of their own folder? Of course I can check 1 by 1, but here, I have 1000 folders. Thank you so much.

try using ACLs. command line stuff with which you can creat a batch file to assign permissions, users and groups to folders without error. no need oto check after since it is monkey see monkey do.
