How to change the speed of com port to more that 384000 , do I have to change the comm.drv as it's supporting upto 115200 only.

If you are using a 16550 UART (or compatible) then it doesn't work faster than 115200 and may not be reliable at that speed anyway. If you have a really good reason to spend the money you may be able to get faster ports.

Controlpanel ---> modem ---> properties for your modem ---> max speed.. you can choose from a menu selection field..
