In my hard disk i have installed windows98 on Dive C & all of the software is install in the Drive D I.e (Office 97,Oracle,Winzip,Visual Basic).
When ever my windows is crached i install fresh windows 98 & again install all of the software in drive D .Is there any way that i shold delete only my windows & after installing new windows i can access all of my software which is in Drive D.
Where Does windows Keep all the information of the software which is install in the Crive D. shoild i copy the Registry File of the Old Windows98 & copy it in whenever i insatll Fresh copy of windows98 ? Or there is any other way ? Please Guide me.

That may depend on why your system crashed. If you restore old settings, you may reintroduce the problems too.
