How do you install Tweak UI on W2k

I tried to install tweak ui from the control panel but nothing happens.

It is on the win95/98 cd, hidden away in the tools bit, you can also find it on the net and newsgroups, to install right click on the tweakui.inf file and select "install" as it installs a pop up hep window appears, close it for the install to complete.
