Is there anyway to pause or slow down
the BSOD in a reboot loop so I can see
the error message?

Thanks!

Not that I know of. As an alternative you can try checking the event viewer logs afterwards (won't be nearly as detailed as the BSOD.) or you can try setting Write Debugging Information option to Complete Memory Dump (the complete memory dump file is large it equals the size of the paging file plus the amount of RAM you have, make sure you have enough hard drive space.) When your system is booting back up it may take 5-10 minutes to process the file, but after it gets done booting back up the information from the BSOD should be at the very beginning or very end of the memory dump file (I don't remember which.)
