Put you win2k cd in the cd-rom, go to the bootdisk folder, run the makeboot.exe program. follow instructions from there.

makeboot.exe will give you the four setup floppies. To make single boot disk you need to copy these files to floppy: ntldr, ntdetect.com and boot.ini. this floppy will help you repair corrupt boot sector etc.

Why do you need boot floppies? The cd is bootable already.

Yeah Destruk is right, you go into CMOS and set 'first boot' to 'CDrom'. When computer boots up it'll go into the setup process.
